Scott Sexton
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Since the company began more than 10 years ago, Scott has been responsible for setting the strategic direction of Dairy.com and for ensuring the quality of Dairy.com's industry-specific products and services. He directs the Dairy.com executive management team, chairs the Dairy.com board, and serves on the boards of the International Dairy Foods Association and the National Cheese Institute. Most importantly, Scott spends time with our customers and other dairy industry experts, helping Dairy.com continue to provide solutions that meet the needs of the industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Baylor University, where he also was a basketball letterman.
Jon "JC" Cunningham, CPA
Chief Operating Officer
Jon Cunningham, with more than 10 years of executive officer experience with Dairy.com, manages day-to-day operations and contributes to the strategic planning of the company. He directly oversees the financial, legal, human resource, customer support, sales and marketing, and administrative areas of Dairy.com. Jon teams with the senior leadership to champion the unique culture and values of Dairy.com. Prior to serving as COO, Jon served as CFO for nine years. Jon was part of the executive team of the Dallas, TX, office of Arthur Andersen, where he served for more than seven years. He is licensed in the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant and is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mitch Norby
Chief Technology Officer
Mitch draws upon his more than 10 years of leadership with Dairy.com to shape the direction of Dairy.com's technical solutions and to contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company. In addition to exploring new technical solutions with industry professionals, Mitch oversees the architecture design, development, implementation, and technical support of the company's suite of solutions. Prior to joining Dairy.com, Mitch worked at a private technology consulting firm and spent six years at EDS. His professional background includes leading the design, development, and deployment of large-scale software applications across multiple industries. Mitch holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Jamestown College.
Hill Pratt
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Hill is responsible for driving new business growth for Dairy.com. He identifies and pursues new sales opportunities aligned with the Company's long- and near-term growth strategies. Through his interaction with key customers, prospects, and other dairy industry professionals, Hill provides Dairy.com with critical business intelligence, including market dynamics and industry trends. He has served Dairy.com in this capacity for over 10 years. Prior to joining Dairy.com, Hill served as a partner in the Supply Chain Practice for CSC, where he had been a business consultant for various industries during his 13-year tenure. He holds an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
Eric Dennis, CPA
Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Eric brings more than 10 years of service with Dairy.com to his management of the Company's accounting/GAAP compliance, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, investor relations, and strategic financial analysis activities. Prior to joining Dairy.com, Eric was in the audit and business advisory division of Arthur Andersen, Dallas. Eric graduated Cum Laude in 1996 from Texas A&M University with a BBA in both Accounting and Finance, and he is licensed in the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.
Carl Axelson
Vice President of Transportation
Carl is responsible for overseeing Dairy.com's Transportation Service offerings, including the transportation spot market, scheduling, and strategic consulting. His unique professional background provides insight for helping customers realize significant savings through rebidding of contract lanes, minimizing fuel surcharges, automating the transportation scheduling process, and much more. He has more than 35 years of transportation procurement experience across virtually every mode of transportation, including FTL/LTL dry and reefer trucking, food-grade and non-food-grade tankers, rail and barge. He holds a BSBA from Duquesne University and an MBA from SUNY at Buffalo.
Eric Nelson
Vice President of Trading
Throughout his 10-year tenure with Dairy.com, Eric has been responsible for growing and supporting the Dairy.com Trading Exchange. He oversees the trading exchange group, which handles all spot trades of commodities such as cream, condensed skim, and more. Eric brings buyers and sellers together via contracting, whether it's a short- or long-term contract for cream, condensed skim, or another commodity. To help our exchange traders and carriers, he implemented a toll-free hotline and response team that is available 24x7. Eric's background experience includes extensive account management, giving him a strong foundation for supporting our customers.
Jim Boykin
Senior Sales Representative
As Dairy.com's senior salesperson, Jim introduces prospects and clients to the Company's supply chain, transportation, and commodity trading solutions. By building relationships and discovering business needs, Jim helps customers reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies with Dairy.com products and services. Jim holds a Business Management degree from Texas A&M – Commerce and brings more than 15 years of procurement experience to the Company, including business process management.
Aaron Keener
Director of Trading
Aaron is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the trading exchange team, including spot trading, scheduling assistance, and contract management and maintenance. Each week, Aaron communicates with buyers and sellers across the country to gain market insight. This valuable insight is used to assist his team with trading commodities such as cream, skim, powders, and transportation. Aaron has been employed by Dairy.com for 10 years. Prior work experience includes Call Center Management. Aaron holds a BA in Sociology from Howard Payne University.
Brian Kresse
Director of Solutions Delivery
Brian began working at Dairy.com almost 10 years ago in the area of training. Today he oversees the business analyst group, which is focused on understanding and addressing customer needs. He creates product requirements, provides customer training and solutions implementation, and manages a variety of projects related to product development. Brian also manages the services department, which provides the outsourced payroll processing. His professional background includes more than a decade of developing and training human capital for Fortune 500 companies.
Scott Smith
Director of Software Development
Scott's primary responsibility is ensuring that the development team remains focused on high priority objectives and delivering customer-critical projects on schedule. In addition to managing the software development group, he oversees the QA group; recruits and hires technical talent for Dairy.com.; and scopes and estimates development projects. Scott has been with Dairy.com for more than 10 years and has been combining large-scale ERP with web-based applications for the past 16 years. He has an MIS degree from North Texas State University.
Kevin McKinnon
Customer Support Manager
Kevin serves on the front lines for Dairy.com, managing the technical assistance provided to our customers and ensuring a rapid response to requests for service. He is focused on documenting issues as they arise, identifying root causes, and putting in place structures and tools to prevent issues from happening. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience designing and managing customer service centers and technical help desks for companies such as Avaya, Comcast, AARP, and JPMorgan Chase. He holds an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Paul Neale
Marketing Manager
Paul is responsible for managing marketing communications at Dairy.com. He works with the leadership of the organization to develop the overall direction and strategy for promoting the value of the Company's web-based business solutions. Through a variety of marketing activities, Paul ensures that relevant, consistent messaging is delivered to Dairy.com prospects, customers, shareholders, and industry media. Paul brings 15 years of software marketing experience to his role at Dairy.com, working with startups as well as mature software companies. He holds a BA in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
