Getting Started - Login

  1. In the Address window of your web browser, type the Dairy.com URL – https://www.dairy.com/fusion/Moo.

  2. Enter your User Name and Password. (case sensitive)

  3. Use your mouse to click the Go button.

Notification Preferences

  1. From the Home screen, use your mouse to click on the My Profile tab; from the Modify Person screen, use your mouse to click on the Notification Preferences button.

  2. From the Notification Preferences screen you can determine the preferences you want communicated for published assignments.

Supply/Demand History

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule click on the Supply History | Demand History tab.

  2. The Supply History | Demand History screen will display the information based on the date that the transaction posted and the filter criteria selected; after selecting the Filter criteria you desire, click on the Go button.

  3. Click on the Shipping Location link or the Receiving Location link to open a separate browser window for you to see the Location Address Information as well as the Location Contact Information.

Defaults

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule click on the Defaults tab

  2. The Defaults List screen will display for you to establish a default for the fields/attributes that you wish to pre-fill for you automatically when you add a post to your schedule; the following options are available:  

    1. Add Supply Default – Click on this button to enter the data applicable; relative to the Shipping Location for your Supply post; after entering the information, click on the Submit button.

    2. Add Demand Default – Click on this button to enter the data applicable; relative to the Receiving Location for your Demand post; after entering the information, click on the Submit button.

Create Assignment

  1. From the Commodity Home screen, under the Summary section, click on Dispatcher link.

  2. From the Dispatcher screen, enter the desired date from the Date: text field for the loads that you want to break; click on the Go button after entering the date.

  3. From the Dispatcher screen, enter the desired date from the Date: text field; click on the Go button after entering the date.

  4. Choose the posts you want to match for assignment by using your mouse to click on the Supply and Demand posts under the Available Loads section of the screen.

  5. Upon clicking on your chosen Supply/Demand posts under the Available Loads section, the items matched will be moved to the Assigned Loads section of the Dispatcher screen.

  6. Click on the Save Changes button to save the selected Assigned Loads.

Break Assignment

  1. From the Commodity Home screen, under the Summary section, click on Dispatcher link.

  2. From the Dispatcher screen, enter the desired date from the Date: text field for the loads that you want to break; click on the Go button after entering the date.

  3. From the Dispatcher screen, under the Assigned Loads section of the screen, click on the row for the item(s) you want to break:

    1. Click on the  icon_deletebox.gif Delete button next to the desired Assignment(s).

    2. Once you have broken the desired Assignment, the Supply and Demand loads will be moved back up to the Available Loads menu.

  4. Click on the Save Changes button to save the broken assignment(s).

Commodity Trading (Match, Negotiate, Take)

  1. From the Commodity Home screen, under the Summary section, click on either the Supply Schedule link or the Demand Schedule link for the applicable plant.

  2. From Supply/Demand Schedule, locate the preferred plant and date from the Schedule grid; the number of available supply/demand posts that Match will be displayed within the parentheses at the end of the commodity post details; click directly on the numbers in the parentheses.

  3. From the Supply/Demand Matches screen, click on the Compare button to review the commodity posts side-by-side.

  4. From the Supply/Demand Matches Comparisons screen click on either the Negotiate or Take action links for the offer you desire:

    1. Clicking on the Negotiate link allows the Negotiate Supply/Demand screen to display where you can process the following actions:  Add Counter or Take

    2. Clicking the Add Counter link allows the Counter section to display where you can enter your counter offer price; then, after entering the applicable information, click on the Submit button

    3. Clicking on the Take link allows the Transaction Confirmation screen to display where you can click on the Confirm button to accept and process the transaction.

Create Transport Demand – Post to Schedule (With Commodity)

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule, locate the preferred plant and date from the Schedule grid; click on the image21.gifAdd Transportation link.

  2. From the Add Transport Demand screen, enter the information applicable to the transportation demand that you are adding; click on the Submit button to post and add the transportation demand to your Schedule.

Create Transport Demand – Ad Hoc (Without Commodity)

  1. From the Transport Home screen, under the Shortcuts section, click on the Transport Demand List link.

  2. Click on the Create Transport Demand link; the Add Transport Demand screen will display for you to enter the information applicable to the transportation post you are adding; click on the Submit button to add the transportation post to the Transport Demand List.

Negotiate Transport Demand

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule, click directly on the number in parentheses at the end of the transportation post details to see the counter offers available.

  2. From the Shipper Offer List screen, click on the Negotiate link; from the Shipper Negotiation screen, click on the Add Counter link:

    1. Upon clicking on the Add Counter link, the Counter/Offer section displays on the screen for you to add your offer; after entering the applicable information, click on the Submit button.

Create Custom View

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule screen, click on the Views tab.

  2. From the View List screen, click on Add Supply View button for the Supply Schedule, or the Add Demand View button for the Demand Schedule.

  3. From the Add View screen, select each field/attribute that you desire to display in your view.

  4. Click on the Submit button to add the new custom view.

Apply Custom View

  1. From the Supply/Demand Schedule screen, click on the View: drop-down list down arrow; click on the view name from the available list of options and select the one that you want applied to the screen.

  2. After making your selection, click on the Go button to apply the selected View to the screen.
