The new Cream Intelligence offering replaces the Company’s previous cream forward contracting services, whereby Dairy.com actively participated in the negotiations, execution, and servicing of annual cream contracts. In contrast, Cream Intelligence is comprised of customized data analysis, reports and consulting that empowers cream buyers and sellers with the right information for the right strategy at the right time.

The in-depth intelligence briefing positions cream market participants for success; periodic reviews help clients evaluate their agreements in light of evolving market conditions, allowing for feedback and adjustments throughout the year.
